As we gear up for the highly anticipated Arc40k and ArcOpen weekend on 4-5 March, we're reaching out to anyone willing to volunteer and lend a hand in making these events the best they can possibly be.
With more than 200 players expected to participate in the Warhammer 40,000 tournament alone and a large number of entrants already signed up for our premier display painting challenge, we're looking for a few dedicated individuals who can help set the stage for a weekend filled with gaming, hobby excitement, and coming together as a community.
If you're interested in volunteering your time and skills, we'd love to hear from you. We're in need of helpers for various tasks, from setting up tables to moving models, from checking tickets at the door.
With so many participants, every helping hand will make a difference in creating an unforgettable experience for everyone involved.
Arc40k, the 200+ player Warhammer 40,000 tournament, requires a lot of preparation and effort, and we're counting on your help to make it happen. So what are you doing on Friday 3 March?
We'll be setting up tables, putting scenery onto 110 40K table tops, and making sure everything is in order for the weekend ahead. If you're coming for the weekend and have time to help out on the Friday - we would appreciate hearing from you.
A cold drink and ticket for one of our raffles together with our thanks will be the reward for your help.
Across the weekend Arc40k also needs help from a team of painting judges, rules helpers, people to answer almost any question our field of players might have. If you’ve not managed to get a ticket but want to come for the event this is a great way to still be involved.
For ArcOpen, our premier display painting challenge, we're looking for individuals with a passion for helping out. ArcOpen needs individuals who can assist with registration, as well as handling and moving entries.
Steady hands and slow-patient walking are ideal skills to join in the team.
With so many amazing hobbyists participating in the event, we want to make sure that everything runs smoothly and everyone has a chance to showcase their work.
