It’s a Celebrity-palooza

There’s an unprecedented number of special guests coming along to Arc40k and the ArcOpen this year.

We’re talking genuine Hobby Celebrities who will be taking part in our events in many different ways across the weekend. Just having some of these people attend is huge. But wait lets take a look at who’s coming!

Traveling the furthest and longest will be Emil & Lukas from Squidmar miniatures with close to 20,000kms and taking 27 hours of travel just to get to ArcOpen and Arc40k. They will be lending their expertise and painters eye to judge the ArcOpen Painting Challenge. A role which is shaping up to be a considerable task.

With more than 500K subscribers the Squidmar Miniatures Youtube channel is a juggernaut of the miniature hobby.

Victoria Lamb from Victoria Miniatures is a renowned hobby celebrity. Winner of multiple Golden Demons including the coveted Slayer Sword. She is the head designer, sculpter and operator of Victoria Miniatures.

Victoria has supported and sponsored Arc40k for a number of years now. And having her attend to balance out the ArcOpen jury panel is terrific for the event. Hopefully she will also agree to hand out any awards that include Victoria Miniatures prize support.

Jen, Dave and Murray from Tabletop Time have launched their involvement with Arc40k this year with their latest Youtube Video.

Melbourne locals and with a growing audience of subscribers - more than 234K as I write this article - the team at Tabletop Time have commited to build a table for our major Sponsors House of War.

The Plan is to reveal the ‘Titan Graveyard’ table and have it being used for the first time at Arc40k.

Streaming the Arc40k weekend - and showcasing some awesome games - and Legends and Lore.

They will be joined in commentary by the fellas at Risky Rollers.

For people not able to attend Arc40k then the stream will be a way to keep across what’s happening over the weekend. And a load of our Hobby Celebrities are lined up to chat during the live stream.

So here’s the thing…

ALL of our celebrities have said that a big part of their involvement in Arc40k and ArcOpen is that it gives them a chance to engage with the community.

YES that’s right, these celebrities of our Hobby WANT to talk to you!

Across the weekend they will be checking out the tables at Arc40k, or looking at entries in ArcOpen, but they will also be there to chat to everyone who’s attending.

If you’re a fan of the hobby, or any of these celebrities, and you’re not participating in any scheduled activities, then there’s still a way for you to meet them.

We have a limited quantity of General Admission tickets available - No one need miss meeting these Hobby celebrities!

Just go to the home page and sign up for the site. You’ll get an opportunity to grab a ticket and join in the Premier Hobby Event in Australia this year: https://www.arc40k.com

Did you know that Arc40k is an affiliate for Gap Games? That's right! By purchasing your miniatures and accessories through our unique link, you'll be supporting our website and event. Your purchase allows us to create an even better experience for our community. We appreciate your support!
