Since the announcement that the first ArcFest will be held in April 2024, the biggest questions on everyones lips is where do I sign up? When will tickets be available! The good news is no one has missed out! Whether you’re an Arc40k Veteran, a first timer, or have been busy painting an entry for ArcOpen, or helping us forge paths for ArcHeresy & Days of Future Past, tickets for all ArcFest events (and more.. 😉) will all be released at the same time.
ArcFest at a Glance
Arc40k, Australia’s Premier Warhammer 40,000 event will be at the centre of the first ever ArcFest. This long running fun, casual gaming event forms the backbone of the festival. Same fun, relaxed event that its always been, run by the same crew that have run it the last 11 years. ArcOpen will be back to build on the success of last year. With more space available the Miniature painting community have embraced ArcFest and we have some special announcements in this space in the coming weeks.
The first of two new events, ArcHeresy – Zone Mortalis is a brand new event with no other event focusing solely on the Zone Mortalis as a setting to tell the stories and fight the battles of the Horus Heresy. Swapping large scale armies for smaller boarding action forces will make for an amazing first up run of ArcHeresy!

Days of Future Past, an established Marvel Crisis Protocol event of fun gaming, painted superheroes in the same spirit as Arc40k will be joining ArcFest. If you’re a superhero fan, and miniature skirmish games, this could be an add on event for you.

Some say this is all that ArcFest has to offer this year, however I assure you it is not. We have more announcements in the pipeline over the coming weeks leading up to when we will be selling tickets. So keep your eyes open on Arc40k.com for the announcements as they happen!
What to do while you wait?
Get painting your models to come along, host a mate for a practise game, and most importantly sign up to Arc40k.com to ensure you gain access to tickets when they go on sale. If you sign up to the newsletter then you will have all the important information in your email inbox first.
Oh Yes… When will tickets be available?!
Since we are still up to our eyeballs in organising organisers of the first run events at ArcFest, and that
some have not been announced yet. What we can say is that you can of course mark your calendar.
Monday January 8th will be the launch of Pre-Sale tickets to Veterans of Arc40k, as per tradition, they will have access to all tickets available 1 week prior to general release.
Monday January 15th Tickets will be publicly available. We will be confirming tickets, and ticket prices before the end of 2023.
Travelling from Interstate?
The organisers of Arc40k have always invested in interstate travel, offering them the early access to tickets to ensure that they can arrange flights and accommodation early, without having to worry about missing out on an event ticket.
